Email information includes:

• date and time of sending message
• email addresses of sender and recipient
• person/company with which the email is associated
• text of the message
• character index

When using the Discuss function, the internal correspondence is displayed with a special mark. Learn more about the function the summary below.

Unidentified email. The Link email to company or person option ensures quick creation of a new contact or addition of data to the existing contact and eliminates the issue of unidentified calls and messages. The linking principle is similar to the procedure with calls.

Messages are displayed when Google is integrated with Friday CRM. You can learn more in the settings.
