The Friday CRM administrator can differentiate users’ privileges in the Settings section.
User may be
- Administrator
- Not administrator
User may be
- Active
- Blocked
User may or may not have access to
- CRM
- Time Tracker
User may have access
- from any IP
- from the indicated IP (e.g., only office network)
The section also allows deleting users and to reassign their Deals to other employees.
It is possible to limit access of all users of the system with a list of authorized IP addresses. To do so, it is enough to select the required parameters within the individual settings of the particular user.
The list of authorized IP addresses is indicated in the special field of Settings -> Users, Access (below the users list).
