Types of Data collected

Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Cookies, Usage Data, unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example), email address, first name, last name, address, state and city.

The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

All Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the service.

Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

Mode and place of processing the Data

Methods of processing

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data, with the EXCEPTION of Google Restricted Scope Data and, where prohibited by law or policy, may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

Place

The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.

Retention time

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data. If not specified, when a user requests data removed, his account, along with the data, is suspended for 15 days and then account and data permanently removed.

The storage period of the User's Data and his account may be limited at the discretion of the Data Controller if the User does not use the application or violates the terms of use according to the policy. If the account is not used, the User who created the account may be notified by e-mail about the upcoming procedure for restricting access and permanently deleting the Data.

The use of the collected Data

The Data, with the EXCEPTION of Google Restricted Scope Data, concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Remarketing and behavioral targeting, Advertising, Content commenting and Contacting the User. The Personal Data used for each purpose is outlined in the specific sections of this document.

Limited Use of Google Restricted Scope Data

Limited Use: Any data obtained via the Restricted Scopes of Google will comply with the following:

 

  1. Restricted Scope data will only be used to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Application's user interface. All other uses of the data are prohibited;
  2. Data will only be transferred to others if necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Application's user interface. We may also transfer data as necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users. All other transfers or sales of your Restricted Scope data are prohibited;
  3. We will not use or transfer the data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising; and
  4. We will not allow humans to read the data, unless

      This privacy section describes how Friday CRM collects and uses the information you provide in your Google Contacts account via the Friday CRM "Google Contacts Sync" application. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update this information.

      No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. 

      Accessing Your Information

      To review, correct, or update your customers' information, you can use the Friday CRM tool or you can update this information directly from Google Contacts. If you have chosen to synchronise your customer and contact data 2-way then the data will be updated both in Friday CRM and Google Contacts no matter where you make the changes to. You may also decide to have just one-way synchronisation which limits the syncing process to only one medium - either Friday CRM or Google Contacts.

      We will retain the synced/imported information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

      If you wish to close your account or request that we no longer use your Google Contacts information you can either uninstall the Google Contacts App in the "Apps" sections of our web application, or if you want to delete all customer data that was imported to Friday CRM simply delete your account in the "My Account" section of our web application.

We will access your email account to give you better access to the information and allow you to associate that information to other items inside of this Application. We do not store any data from your Gmail account and will never share any information unless given specific permission from you to do so. While some features and functionality may be slightly different, this section applies to both Gmail and Inbox.

(b)Calendar- To view calendars and events in those calendars to be associated with other items in this Application. No information is stored or shared by this Application.

(c)Contacts- This Application will read data from your Contacts and create new records when necessary. We will store information from your contacts so that we can provide a better syncing process for you. We will never share this information or use it for any other purpose other than to provide the service.

Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation. Minors may use this Application only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstance persons under the age of 13 may use this Application.

Traffic optimization and distribution

This type of services allows this Application to distribute their content using servers located across different countries and to optimize their performance.

Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and the way these services are implemented. Their function is to filter communications between this Application and the User's browser.

Considering the widespread distribution of this system, it is difficult to determine the locations to which the contents that may contain Personal Information User are transferred.
