Phone calls recording function allows :

  • controlling personnel work
  • improving service quality
  • addressing unclear questions

When the integration is set up, Friday CRM plays the calls automatically recorded on PBX (all completed incoming and outgoing calls). The only exception is inter-corporate (inside virtual PBX) phone conversations. 

PBX starts recording the conversation upon successful connection with subscriber.  Recorded phone calls may be played at the Deal page, in the company/person profile and in the Activities section. Additionally, it is possible to download an audio file of phone conversations.
