When you create a note in a contact profile, you can check the box Link note to active deals. It can be useful when the loyal customer has closed several deals with your company and you want this note to be displayed only in the active one. Or, you wouldn’t like the note to be linked to any of the deal profiles as it has relevance only to the client.
