Distributing data for import<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before proceeding with the file import, it is necessary to confirm that the\ndata matches the columns of the uploaded file and to specify the structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. Select the name of every field from the drop-down list: Company name, Tag, Company phone, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B. In order to link a person to the\ncompany, it is necessary to indicate company name in the file.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important: <\/strong>for proper\ninterlinking of an organization with its employees, the base of persons should\ncontain the same organization name as in the base of companies: without any\ndiscrepancies, reductions, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, it is inappropriate to write the name \u201cToy World on 1st\nStreet\u201d in the companies import file and simply \u201cToy World\u201d in the persons\nimport file. In this case linking of the company with person will be performed\nimproperly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2.
