Main block<\/strong> is intended for general information:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>default name<\/li><li>Deal tag<\/li><li>Deal stage (pipeline stage)<\/li><li>priority<\/li><li>responsible for the Deal (owner of the Deal from among the CRM users)<\/li><li>order amount<\/li><li>communication channel that was engaged when generating the Deal<\/li><li>client informational source<\/li><li>Actions button (learn more in the <a href=\"https:\/\/fridaycrm.com\/blog\/support\/07-03\/\">summary<\/a> below)<\/li><li>custom fields that are established in settings<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deals may be assigned with <strong>specific tags<\/strong> (by selecting from the list of existing tags or creating new ones). These tags facilitate generation of Deal lists for distributing, counting results, and other tasks. For example, #Madrid #Bonus #Cash<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B. Activities (events) block<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This block contains notes, activities and events of the users, calls, email, and system messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn more about Activities in the <a href=\"https:\/\/fridaycrm.com\/blog\/support\/05-00\/\">summary<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C. Block for creating a note, an email and a task<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The manager can annotate any activity, whether a call or a meeting. Such annotations may reflect key milestones of discussion, important issues of the project, or a plan of further action. Every note is usually marked with the corresponding tag that facilitates subsequent filtration and count of activities for analytics, quick search of information, and manager activity control. To leave a note just click <em>Create a note<\/em> at the top.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emails<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Deal profile you can compose an email. Click <em>Send email<\/em> at the top. In the email form you can create a prompt email and send it or pick a time for <em>schedule send.<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Linking Deals to activities&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any activity, upon its creation, is linked to the Deal automatically, provided, however, that the Deal is active (e.g., it is at any stage except for those completed with success or failure).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Linking Deals to contacts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Deal is usually linked to a contact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a new Deal is created, it is recommended to do it from the contact profile (click <em>Actions-&gt;Link deal to company or person<\/em>).
